Friday: From 6pm to midnight :

*Opening Ceremony. *Icebreakers / *Speed dating / *Group Sessions

Saturday: From 10am *Picnic, one-on-one / group meetings, outdoor activities. Bring in Tennis Rackets, Basketball etc. (Weather permitting) *4-6pmFree Time

From 6pm to midnight : *Ras-Garba *Honoring Financial Supporters at 9pm  

Sunday: 9am to 3pm *One-on-one meetings with consent of each other

*Vegetarian Food everyday

*Souvenir with Partial Bio-data and Photo of the Participants

Ø    Registration

To register complete the registration form available on web site and mail it to Gunvant Shah, Jain Milan 2008, 12 Ascot Place, North Brunswick, NJ 08902, USA along with 2" X 2" professional quality color photo. Early bird registration fee is $150.00 and closes on February 29^th, 08. Last day to register with fees of $180 is March 23rd, 2008 . Register before March 23^rd, 08 to be included in the souvenir. Registration fee after March 23^rd, 08 is $225. Your bio-data will not be included in the souvenir if the payment is received after March 23^rd, 08. Bio-date on a separate page will be inserted if registration is received by March 28, 2008 . Please, make check or money order payable to “JAIN MILAN 2008”. Sorry, No credit cards accepted. We are not set up to accept credit cards.

Ø      Dress Code:

Dress code for the entire convention, aside from the outdoor activities, is formal/semi formal (no jeans, sneakers, hats, etc). Participants are encouraged to wear suits/business attire or Indian dress.  Dress to impress! Bring tennis racquets, games, jeans/shorts, sneakers, hat etc with you for outdoor picnic on Saturday.
